FUN FACT – Carolyn Moos has never had surgery and only missed one practice in college! She played USA Basketball, Stanford, FIBA/WNBA Professionally and only had one injury her Jr. year in High school and a few pinkies here and there – comes with the basketball territory. BE FITT4Life (Nutrition, Cross-Training) affects everything from body composition, to mental and physical performance!
