11:30-12:40 Basketball Functions- Skills and Drills Co-Lead by Life Time Ultimate Hoops Preps Lead Trainer, Clarence Fields.
12:45-1:40 PM Yoga with Carolyn Moos (Parents can attend and participate) sign liability release form
1:45-2:30 PM Nutrition with Carolyn Moos (Parents can attend)
